Option to show eccentricity smoothly varying across elements. Each LUSAS element supports only one value of eccentricity, and when a variation is applied, this can lead to an unattractive jagged plot. Switching this option off allows you to see this jaggedness, which is a more accurate representation of what is actually happening. Leaving this option on (the default) shows the more attractive image
