 Updating Sentinel driversThe Sentinel drivers that form part of the
            security system for LUSAS and may sometimes need to be updated. 
            It is not necessary to uninstall/ reinstall the whole LUSAS
            software, indeed, this would not normally resolve the problem. The
            latest drivers can also be obtained from http://www.safenet-inc.com/support-downloads/sentinel-drivers/ 
              
                Unplug the USB
                key Log in as Administrator 
                Go to Start
                >Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs. 
                Select the
                Sentinel Protection Installer or Sentinel System Driver (you
                might also see Sentinel Protection Server/Driver/Combo remove
                these too) and click Remove. 
                Restart the
                computer system. 
                Download and
                install the new Sentinel Driver from the link given above, for
                Sentinel SuperPro download Sentinel Protection Installer
                Restart the
                computer system.
                Plug in the USB
                key and test LUSAS (Start>All Programs>LUSAS15.x for
                Windows>LUSAS Modeller)
                In most cases this will fix the problem. |
