Switches on or off manual refresh of the screen. This function controls all Modeller views, not just the current one. The flag is preserved through model open and close, so you can set the refresh to manual before opening a big model. With manual refresh mode on, a redraw is only performed when the user hits the F5 key. If manual refresh is off, redraws are performed whenever LUSAS Modeller thinks them necessary
